The culture kitchen intends to be a space that offers organic lunches and meals for our community’s staff and teachers. In our vision, the space will provide fresh food sources by local farmers and offer education about local and sustainable agriculture. Given that all products will be supplied by locals, it gives them the opportunity to sell them on a regular and secure basis, allowing for a stable income flow. The primary purposes of the culture kitchen are to generate an additional source of income, other than the sports facilities and the community library, and to provide healthy food from fruit and vegetables grown in our countryside. The culture kitchen is where food culture from all around the world will be showcased and celebrated, with the input and inspiration of our diverse team of volunteers and staff members from multiple nationalities.
The infrastructure will be built out of eco-bricks made from plastic waste collected in nature and will be managed by locals. Through our eco-bricks system, we are paying back locals for waste recycling and creating a circular economic system with incentives to foster a clean environment.
